FINAL CLOSING CHECKLIST
ONCE ALL CONTINGENCIES ARE MET YOU WILL THEN NEED THE FOLLOWING:
BUYING
Insurance policy for one year
Obtain Condo/Townhouse documents for lender
Change utilities into your name
Cashier's check for closing (your attorney will indicate the amount you need)
SELLING
Provide Condo/Townhouse documents (if appropriate)
Provide survey and order title (if applicable)
Notify the utility companies as to your moving date
