We use the multiple listing service, the Internet and our network of people inside and outside of the industry who help us find properties often before they are on the market, to find you the property you are looking for. We discuss financing alternatives and make lender recommendations, if you want them. We view the houses and areas that you are interested in Once you find a property you want, we thoroughly explain the paperwork and discuss negotiating strategy.
We will negotiate vigorously on your behalf drawing on our experience of successfully negotiating hundreds of previous contracts. Once your contract is successfully negotiated, we will make sure that copies are delivered to you, your lender and your lawyer.
